I myself would be unable to live in this apartment because that would be more than monthly income for so many of us.

Even back when I was actively in the workforce, I have always worked two jobs for the longest time I have known, Pushed myself as much as I could. I got into real estate with the same intention to make extra income from Real Estate because like many of us I am also looking for ways to make more money.

But now because the focus is more on finding Writing Jobs, wherein I can stay at home and take care of kids while they are still young… that is another topic I want to talk about too but later.
